Heavenly Father, we come to you with a humble heart that knows it is through you that all things are possible.  Help us to take courage and not be afraid when we feel overwhelmed with lives ups and down and know that you are always there to pick us up when we fall.  Send out your loving spirit to all who come to you.  Through Jesus Christ our Lord we pray.  Amen.
